This layout, usually a site plan, which can be 2D or 3D, serves as an interactive menu. Users are usually presented with a menu showing the sold status of the units and maybe, critical information such as number of bedrooms and floor area. These units can then be selected directly by clicking on them within the site plan. This will then initiate a smooth transition of some kind to a detailed screen showing the unit details such as floor plans, room dimensions, specification, interior CGI’s or even 3D Walkthroughs. With apartment blocks it’s often nice to show the view from each unit so that users can see exactly what they can expect from their new apartment. 3d flythroughs and virtual tours can also be accessed from the main menu, which give a tour around the development.
