Genrally, we just need a site plan, elevations and an accomodation schedule. If the site needs to be shown to correct levels, rather than flat, then a levels drawing is handy at this early stage also.

If we proceed, we can send you an information request document. Dont worry it’s relatively short. In summary, we would need the site plan, floor plans, and elevation drawings in CAD format (from your architect or technical department), along with a materials schedule and landscaping drawings.

We will send you grey/chalk renders once the buildings have been modelled. This gives you an early opportunity to feedback your comments on the overall composition. Then we will supply full colour, low resolution first drafts. You can review these and give us your technical feedback and any marketing related comments. Then we action your comments and provide a second draft, and the process repeats until you’re totally satisfied. Once you’re happy everything is approved, the images and animations can be supplied at final high quality/resolution.

Yes, we include three sets of comments/revisions. You do not need to take all three sets, and we usually get very close on the first drafts anyway. Technical comments and marketing related feedback is included in the cost. You should expect to be charged (by any studio) if the actual design of the buildings is changed or new drawings are provided after the first drafts have been produced. We are very fair with this and only need to pass on additional charges for significant design changes.

While we understand budget concerns, our focus is on delivering unparalleled quality and results. Cheaper quotes often come with compromises in image clarity, animation quality, and project management. With our 22 years of experience and cutting-edge technology, we ensure your new builds are showcased in the best possible light, maximizing sales potential. Our unique pipeline and rendering capacity guarantees a superior end product, providing you with the best flexibility and value for your marketing needs

Costs are calculated, per project, after we have formulated the best package suited to your needs. The costs are largely based on the size of the project, and how many assets we think you’ll need. We have some pricing information on this page. Like most things in life, you get what you pay for, so we would recommend working with an experienced company, always ask to see samples of similar projects to yours, and dont be tempted to go with the cheapest option.

As with costs, the timescales vary depending on factors such as size of the project, and how many assets we think you’ll need. In addition we should always allow for some time on your end to gather technical and marketing related feedback. Generally speaking our average project length is around 2 weeks.

We can supply images in JPEG, TIFF or PDF format, and we supply videos in MP4 format. We can output to ANY other image or video format if required.

Yes, this is one of the benefits of working with us. Once we have produced your initial package of images and 3D Flythroughs, we can create further assets extremely quickly. For example, Additional street scene CGI’s, a longer Flythrough, or maybe plot-specific CGI’s.

Yes, we can add your design proposals to eye level photography, drone photography, or even aerial video footage. This actually makes very believable imagery, and is particularly useful for planning or if your marketing needs to showcase the immediate surrounding areas.
